PDF Annotator permite al usuario abrir cualquier archivo PDF y agregar anotaciones, utilizando el mouse o un lápiz de Tablet PC, directamente en las páginas del archivo PDF. Los documentos anotados se pueden guardar directamente en formato PDF. De esta forma, cualquiera puede leer o imprimir los documentos PDF anotados. Los documentos anotados también se pueden adjuntar fácilmente a los correos electrónicos.

Anteriormente, anotar, comentar o corregir un documento recibido para su revisión en formato de archivo PDF era posible solo al utilizar múltiples productos de software seguidos, o solo al imprimir el documento y agregar comentarios manualmente. Con PDF Annotator, las anotaciones también se pueden agregar de forma natural, usando un lápiz, pero todo permanece en formato digital. PDF Annotator permite comentar archivos PDF en un solo paso.
