- A quicker way to add accounts: Thanks to account setup improvements, it's easier than ever to add Outlook.com and Gmail accounts that use 2-factor authentication to Outlook.

- Live captions and subtitles: The presenter's words are automatically shown on screen as captions or translated into subtitles in the language of your choice.

- Power BI reports exported to PDF, PPT or set up for email subscription will now feature Visio Visual as well: If you export your Power BI reports to PDF, PPT or set up an email subscription for them, Visio Visual will render in these exported formats seamlessly.
Word Feature updates:

Skype for Business Non-security updates:

New features of Office 2019

Office 2019 will include new perpetual versions - where the license is purchased outright and effectively has no expiry date - of all the Office apps including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Skype for Business and server products including Exchange, SharePoint and also Skype for Business.
