Product enclosures define the shape and feel of an electronic product. In this course, learn how to design a 3D-printable enclosure for electronic components using SOLIDWORKS, the premier product-design software. Instructor Johno Ellison kicks off the course by reviewing the basics of 3D modeling. Johno steps through how to use key SOLIDWORKS functions such as Extrude, Offset, and Shell to create the enclosure using a printed circuit board (PCB) design as a reference.
