Requirements
Students will have an understanding of Excel Pivot Tables
It's helpful to have a basic understanding of relational database concepts
Please ensure you have the Power Pivot Add-in installed and the Power Pivot Menu visible in the main Excel window
IMPORTANT: You need a version of Excel that is compatible with Power Pivot (Excel 2013/2016/2019 Standalone, Office 365, Enterprise E3/E5, Office Professional 2016, etc.)
This course is designed for PC users (Power Pivot is currently unavailable with Excel for Mac)

To start with the course focuses on importing data into Power Pivot to create the Data Model. You will learn about calculated columns and other DAX related concepts that will show you how to "shape" the data.
