Description

The DIR program as a separate sport discipline is quite new. The given material is actually a result of the author's creative work for 20 years. The DIR technique was used to train preschoolers and students in Volyn.

With the opening of a special class in the GO FST "DIR Academy" began to apply advanced, progressive teaching methods. This allowed considering the DIR program as a separate subject of universal orientation. The basic training course has been reduced from 4800 hours to 300 hours. At the present stage of the development of the DIR program, a lot of new, advanced techniques of implementation of movements have been created, which must be mastered by every specialist in physical culture and sports.
