You will only need an ab roller, pull up bar and a jump rope to perform the exercises in the course
Description
Would you agree that the one of the hardest obstacles to exercise is finding the time to get a work out in? A lot of exercise programs are either unrealistic, unsustainable or not accessible to everyone due to work and family commitments. This was the key issue I was looking to tackle when developing this course where I teach you how I achieved my best physical performance whilst working 60 hours a week. The key is to make our workouts more accessible and flexible to our needs and I aim to help you achieve that as well as providing you with no nonsense nutrition and exercise principles.You will learn the fundamental exercises which have stood the test of time to guarantee positive results in your fitness journey as well as the correct way to perform them and desired rep ranges. Through consistent practice of these principles you will see increased strength, increased energy, increased mobility and feel a level of confidence that you have never experienced before to lead a more fulfilling life!Health is the biggest motivator of mine cultivating great health in both myself and others brings me great joy I look forward to helping you on your fitness journey!
