This is a VEGAN BAKING COURSE which means no eggs, dairy or any other animal products.I pursue a holistic approach, so here are whole food and plant-based ingredients, nothing artificial or refined (NO white wheat flour, sugar, and oil). The recipes are also Gluten-Free and do not require a specific gluten-free flour blend. This makes the cakes nourishing and well-balanced for macro and micronutrients.
