DescriptionData Protection Officer (DPA) Notes:This course is about the meta principles of Art. 5 GDPR and the ability to define legally binding agreements, contracts and processes. Activities include legal aspects and the evaluation of risks. All participants will be introduced to various aspects of data protection using the GDPR. On the basis of the detailed basic teaching of Art. 5 of the GDPR, it is easier for the student to abstract the facts to his working level.This course highlights Article 40 of the GDPR in particular and shall encourage the drawing up of codes of conduct intended to contribute to the proper application of this Regulation. The development of the Code of Conduct aims to reach a possible level of certification.
