Anything that stops you from listening to your body and makes you start restricting is part of diet culture.Diet culture makes us feel small, not worthy, sets us up to fail which creates a restrict binge cycle and makes you feel less.The Body Confident and Free Course provides support and advice to help you to quit dieting, learn how to eat intuitively, move your body in a way you enjoy and feel confident and happy.What I need from youTo take this course, you need to be ready to learn and expand your mindset on how you view your eating and your body. You need to be ready to ditch diet culture and move on with your life.What you needYou do not need any specific software. You can access the course through your usual internet browser or the Udemy app. Any journal activities can be handwritten, typed onto a laptop or phone or said aloud into a voice memo appl.How the course is presentedThe course is made up of a mixture of video and written information with journaling tasks throughout. The videos range in length from 1 minute to 10 minutes so you can stop and start at your own speed.
