DescriptionAn Introduction to Leadership and Organizational Theories and Models. This course analyzes thirteen leadership theories and twelve organizational theories and models, and you will learn business leaders' characteristics, thought processes, and behavior. You will also understand the ramifications of managers' decisions as applied to employees. The second part of the course reviews organizational theories and models. All companies are structured on a set of ideologies and procedures.The course includes the history and development of twelve organizational models. These theories establish the operational rules and regulations that impact company employees, management and staff. You will be able to test your knowledge of leadership and organizational theories through questions about both topics with an answer key included.Here are two highlights from the course:Transformational Leadership Theory:A transformational leader can be highly effective; this person creates an atmosphere that allows subordinates to thrive and produce abundantly. The transformational leader has a vision and propagates the highest levels of integrity, fairness, patience, and commitment to the encouragement of team members.
