First of all, thank you so much for joining this class to start your healing journey! This class is to help guide you through acknowledging and healing your shadow being, the darker parts of yourself that needs to come to light, the things that needs to be healed from and let go of. Here at Tipsy Divination, I strive to help others on their healing journey with the "Acknowledging Your Shadows" class. I strive to help others realize their full potential, their dreams, and their goals through healing. In this class are many ideas for self-care practices to help along your path. With the 40 Trigger Words exercises in this class, the goal is to realize what could be triggering to know where to start on the healing journey. There could be childhood trauma, past repressed feelings, abuse of many kinds, the use of drugs and alcohol, anxiety, depression, and many other things that needs to come to light in order to heal. This class is a "do at your own pace" and can be explored with a therapist (if you have one), friend, or family member. Self-care is the best act of self-love! May the gods be with you on your journey!
