Description
The most important thing in life it's your relationship with yourself. When it's a blooming one, every test of life you pass succesfully without effort, you instantly recieve gifts which are immensely big. Once with the greatness of being untouchable by different life-situations, you are earning a sensitivity which opens all the receptors in you for everything it's subtle. Earning a different way of being touched and of feeling in general, as educated as wild. As a result of an high inner education you can have a special and beautiful way of being wild.You are asleep because you are not with your attention into this moment. You are asleep because you believe in something higher then what you are/living right now, instead of living it now through opening your eyes to this moment. And watch this moment as it is. From watching this moment as it is, it flows the biggest possible freedom you can experience.If something it's too easy, we complicate it, because we believe that the great things are coming as a result of an unknown amount of effort. But watching each moment as it is it's not a matter of effort but on the contrary, of easiness. How much effort you put in, in order to blink? It is the same with watching the moment. And it is not at all a matter of practice. Forget it. But only an obvious realisation which is really under your nose that you can just pay attention each moment: to each moment. A realisation which makes you as free as it is humanly possible.You are awake when you don't believe in anything but living your highest from moment to moment. And you are living your highest when you are with your attention into this moment. There is no place for thought, there is no place for anger, there is no place for falling into stories, there is no place for anything which is againgst your spirit. But only the manifestation of a free spirit into the body.When you have the attention into this moment, You are free.In this course you will entirely understand what this kind of attention is about and therefore you will take it with you in your daily life.
