He is known as Educated Hands for a reason. Each lesson is designed for you to be able to work with minimum to no equipment or training partner. It does help having a heavy bag or training partner, but this is not required.Practice, Practice, PracticeThe key to online training is to consistently practice on your own at least 30 minutes a day if you have time.
