The Essentials of Striking: Full Package




In this series of courses, Cory discusses technical, conceptual and the operative systems of the three main pillars of striking in Martial Arts: Position, Space and Advantages.
POSITION: includes an in-depth explanation of your chosen stance and how your stance allows you to move, hand position to defend yourself in the best way, fighting open stance and switching stances - Cory's most renowned area of expertise.
SPACE: describes in a digestible way what space means in stand up fighting. Maintaining and Closing Space, what Cory refers to as "Crashes", and the technical aspects of Pulls and Pops.
ADVANTAGES: discusses how to make fighting predictable so you can take control of the fight. Angles and capitalizing on your opponent's common mistakes are the center of this series
