Description
THIS COURSE FOR BEGINNERS presents the basis of Esoteric Christian Meditation, originally imparted by Jesus to his closest disciples. It offers a quick way to experience inner peace and discover the joy of living by experiencing what for centuries Christian mystics of all denominations have called the ancient practice of "inner silence," described in Psalms 46:10 with these words:

"Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth."

To practice this form of meditation you do not need to change your present beliefs or denomination, being equally open for Catholics, Evangelic, Orthodox, Anglicans, Presbyterians, Unitarians, Methodists, and virtually all Christians interested in learning how to experience inner peace, the joy of living, and God within.

Apart from words from the four canonical Gospels as well as the Old Testament, this course also contains excerpts from the teachings of renowned Christians, including the German mystic and Dominican monk known as Meister Eckhart (1260-1327), who stated:

"There is a huge silence inside each of us that beckons us into itself, and the recovery of our own silence can begin to teach us the language of heaven."

Also, this revealing course presents lessons from more recent and "holistic" spiritual teachers, including the German-Canadian speaker and author Eckhart Tolle, who claims that the final goal of spiritual practice consists in experiencing Oneness or the presence of God within.
