We define Behavior management as the process of shaping another person's behavior by responding to them in such a way that the person chooses to increase appropriate behaviors and decrease inappropriate behaviors.The first concept is change, which is the idea that changing and controlling ourselves is possible and has a profound impact on others.The second key concept is the idea that connectiveness governs behavior.The second key concept is conflict resolution.Be sure to check the resources section for a handout to take notes on during the course.
