DescriptionIn this course, you will master the Scrum framework, including its roles, events, artifacts, and values.Scrum is a lightweight framework that helps people, teams, and organizations generate value through adaptive solutions for complex problems. This course is structured to provide you with a complete understanding of Scrum and how it works.The Scrum Team creates a Product in Sprints. We will thoroughly discuss this statement throughout the course.
